Where do your products come from?
We only work with socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. Our branded products are manufactured in Sweden, India and Central African Republic.
Which materials do you use?
We use vegetable tanned leather for all our leather items. This is the most eco-friendly leather and no chemicals are added during the tanning process. Therefor, this leather is not only a good choice for the planet and the workers but also for dogs and children who will not be exposed do allergenic and unhealth chemicals.
What materials do you use for metal fittings etc
We use almost exclusively solid brass or stainless steel for all metal parts. These materials are long lasting high quality that do not loose their shape and color as fast as the more common and cheaper zinc and iron platings.
Due to limited availability other metal materials may be used for few products. You will find information about this in the products description.
Why don't you have nylon collars?
You will not find nylon items in our sortiment. This is due to that nylon is made from fossil fules, which contributes to climate warming among others. We only work with natural materials and sometimes semi-natural materials which are renewable. Natural materials also contains less chemicals than synthetic materials. Some of our products made from recycled materials may, however, contain synthetic fibers.
How do I find the right size for my pet?
We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will work for many different forms and sizes of pets from all breeds. Make sure you measure correctly befor you place your order. Please see our sizing guide for measure instructions and size charts. As we introduce new products, we'll add even more information about product fits and sizes.
I didn't recieve an order confirmation, did my order go through?
We allways send an order confirmation directly after the order was made. It is sent to the e-mail address you added during checkout. Please check the junk mail and that you added the correct e-mail address before contacting us. To avoid e-mails from us ending up among the junk mail you can add email@example.com iamong your safe addresses.
Can I add another item after I made the order?
If we have not yet sent your order you can add another item in your order. If we have allready sent your order you can of course make another order. If the value of both orders together add up to free freight we will give you free freight on your second order.

I want to cancel or change an item, what do I do?
You can cancel or change your order up to 14 days after you recieved it. Before returning, please contact our customer service. The customer will take the costs for returns. We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery or have been franked incorrect.

How do I send a return?
Make sure you pack the item well. We do not refund the whole amount for returned items which has been damaged during freight. Allways send a completed return slip or a note with name, order number and the reason for returning. Allways declare the sender on the package and be sure you frank it correctly.
You can pay with PayPal or credit card. Swedish customers can also pay with Swish and invoice.
Why havent I got my invoice?
The invoice will be sent to your e-mail address when the order leaves us. Please check the order confirmation so that the e-mail address and phone number are correct. If the e-mail address was correct, please check your junk mails. If you still do not find your invoice contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Don't forget to specify your ordernumber.
